I stayed here for 3 nights in May 2013 with friends. A very pleasant stay with pleasant staff. Nice, comfatable rooms. Would stay here again. Next time I would eat in their dining area as the food smelt delicious.

Lovely hotel in a good location for our needs. The staff were very friendly and breakfast recommended. The spa made a lovely surprise feature.

My overall experience of the maldron hotel was brief but was that the staff went out of there way to accommodate me with directions in the centre of the city and out of town the following day. The reception and bar staff were very friendly, warm and kind. The food was lovely, value reasonable, very comfortable and I will be back.

I booked twin room, but on arrival i was told no twins available . Had to wait while a double room was re arranged . I also requested a no smoking room which I didn't get either . On arrival at the room I was met with a faul smell which I reported . The room was visited by room staff who put on extractor fan which reduced the smell a little but did not resolve the problem . I have stayed at your hotel on several occassions . The privious time I stayed I had to report dirty carpet in my room . I have to say that I will have to reconsider ever useing your hotel again . The seats in the bar area where I had food were dirty and need replaced . It would appear that no inspections are carried out by managment in the hotel as most of these problems could be avoided . The only good comments I can give is directed at your staff who I have to say were very friendly and helpful .

I found the Maldron Hotel Tallaght a very comfortable and friendly place to stay. The facilities in the room were excellent and the location was convenient. The only complaint I could possible have is the early closing of the Pool & Gym. 6pm on weekends is very early and not in keeping with the hours at other Maldron Hotels I have stayed at.

The hotel was pleasent and the staff were friendly. Everything in the room was perfect. The only problem was the guests that were next to us, they kept banging the door every few minutes coming in and out of the room and were very very noisy.

I absolutely loved my stay at Tallaght Maldron hotel. I asked for a quiet room and actually got one: the room and bathroom were immaculate, staff were friendly and helpful. I am hoping to book a conference room in October to bring my workshops there rather than the centre of Dublin...if someone will get back to me sooner rather than later! I have emailed xxx G. Good check in and comfortable bed. Not sure why breakfast isn't self service on the hot food as everything else is which would save waiting for a member of staff to be present. The room I stayed in (417) is showing signs of wear and tear (swivel chair being shabby and worn), otherwise a good stay and well placed for the Luas tram into City Centre.

We had a lovely stay at the Maldron, visiting good friends in Dublin. The staff, particularly the reception staff are very helpfull, Jean the night receptionist in particular. Our only negative point would be that the breakfasts need improvement, when served they were barely warm & one day i had to wait over ten minutes for a fried egg. Overall we will probably return to the Maldron. Michael & Angela Yates Mansfield UK.

We have stayed a few times we only live down the road but like to escape the house and kids and have a little break sometimes, last sat was the most enjoyable stay we have had. The lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpfull. The room was lovily and clean we really couldn't fault this stay, we really hope to go back soon on another of our overnight breaks, its like pressing pause on life for a day.

Great Hotel, comfortable and clean, friendly staff make staying at this hotel a pleasure. I would recommend to friends and stay again. With the Luas just a short walk away, it makes the city centre accessible for just a few Euro with no parking headaches. Thanks for a Great Stay.

My stay at the Maldron was very comfortable and the booking process was easy. This hotel is very good value for money. There was one staff member in particular who was very helpful to me, Ilona on reception, her competent service was much appreciated and she deserves an extra mention.

we recently stayed here at the maldron hotel in tallaght for the easter weekend, i was not happy to find out that we were only allowed one drink on good friday and that was only if we had ordered food, if i had been aware of this when booking i would only have stayed on easter saturday as originally planned, staying on good friday was a last minute decision as my mother and father in law were there on their own after flying in from spain the night previous (where they live full time) so we thought we would make a weekend of it and get to spend more time with them as they were not staying in ireland for long, we have stayed in the maldron before which was over the christmas period and really enjoyed ourselves but to be told that we were not allowed more than one drink when others were drinking more than that in front of us and had not ordered food like we did was very disappointing and ruined our night with our family

This was my fourth visit at Maldron and still think your 3-night saver offer is great! The staff is helpful and social, the only thing I experienced that I found negative was the tempature in rooms without a balcony, even if it was turned of during the night it was too hot to get some sleep

When we arrived we were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who quickly processed our booking and advised us of all the facilities available. The room was clean, spacious and modern with a large bathroom. TV had plenty of channels and the room was well kitted out with appliances such as hairdryer, kettle etc. overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

Dear Mr Kaur I have already sent an email to info.tallaght@maldronhotels .com on 19/03/2013 thanking yr reception staff & chef for looking after my party so well. The service was truly excellent, particularly as we were staying at such a busy time of the year, & given that we had to have early starts on Saturday & Monday, needing taxis which turned up early, getting us nicely where we needed to be in Dublin, & on the Saturday, superb breakfast takeaways which yr Chef, Stewart?, organised the night before. We were given rooms 503 & 504 with balconies overlooking the the Wicklow Mtns & the Stadium which was an unexpected bonus to witness Shamrock Rovers in action! The rooms were well equipped & the beds generously large & firm, just what we needed. The 3 night package was great value & we had a truly memorable stay. What more can I say? Best wishes, John Sharp.

I recently lived for 6 nights/7 days at the Tallaght Maldron. I've stayed at 5 star hotels in Doha, Taipei, Bangkok and elsewhere and my Maldron experience was 5-star in terms of hotel staff and room comfort. Always willing to help, the staff are available, courteous, and so helpful. I asked for a quiet room and that's what I had. The Maldron rooms are contemporary, well-appointed and white-glove clean. My room cost was extraordinarily reasonable. I shall encourage my friends, family and professional colleagues to stay at the Tallaght Maldron whenever they are in Dublin. It is surely a best-kept secret.

Had a fantastic time at the Maldron Hotel, Tallaght, Dublin. The room had an amazing view of the football stadium, The Square Shopping Centre and also the Hills in the back drop. The bed was one of the comfiest I have slept in, and the staff in both the restaurant & Reception were exceptionally helpful. I will definitely be staying again sometime soon and recommend this hotel to anyone!

Hotel itself is a well kept clean and well decorated. Parking is available and is very accessible and handy. All staff were well mannered and very helpful. They even went beyond their job requirements and that was impressive. Reception was always available for any queries that we may have had. The room was comfortable and quiet which was perfect. The carpet could have done with a scrub but other than that the room was up to standard. The windows on the balcony could have been cleaned as they were quite dirty but due to the heavy traffic volume I can understand why. Even with the high traffic volume you couldn't hear it. The bathroom was clean and practical. The shower was lovely and powerful and have to say was very impressed with this. Overall this hotel was well presented and well serviced, location was ideal for us with easy access to everywhere. Taxi's, Luas etc. We will be staying again in the future.

Visited here for valentines day with my boyfriend. This was not our first time and will certainly not be our last. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Service was also of a very high standard, as we had a problem with the television in our room which was sorted within five minutes. The room itself exceeded expectations and we were pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness of it. The facilities available to us were also of very high standard and we would recommend this hotel , and look forward to our next stay

The room we had(505) was amazing with great views . We really enjoyed it. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful and the decor and big windows looking out throughout the hotel were great! Breakfast was also good though we had to wait quite awhile to be served hot food. The pool did not live up to the standard of cleanliness throughout the rest of the hotel. it was abit grubby.

I stayed in room 406. The room was clean but the furniture ie easy chairs were very shabby (worn smooth) which created a very bad impression. The staff were excellent in all areas of the hotel. The breakfast was poor with a toaster that was not fit for purpose.. Overall I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable and suitable for a short stay Roin Morgan

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only complaint I would have is the special offers advertised on the web are not available when you try to book or there are too many terms and conditions, if you have a promotion advertised make available and I would stay more often. For me it is hard to get a night without kids and it is also expensive when you add everything up, if you had special offers in your hotels under €60 per couple per night b&b I would probably stay about every 2 months. Overall thank you for a nice stay

I enjoyed my two night stay at the Maldron hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the accommodation was very nice. It was nice to know that my car was parked in a secure location next to the hotel. Unfortunately i did not enjoy the fitness centre. There was no locks for the changing room lockers, the pool was over run by noisy local teenagers who were only interested in making noise and horseplay. After a busy day in the city centre i was looking foirward to a relaxing swim, alas no. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will be back but will levae the swimming trunks at home.
